Attorney Louis A. Spadaccini
Attorney Louis A. Spadaccini’s principal areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate transactions, collections, personal injury, worker’s compensation law, subrogation, business and commercial law, landlord and tenant disputes, wills and probate matters.
Attorney Spadaccini has been in private practice for 17 years. Admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1997 and to the United States District Court, District of Connecticut, in 1998, Attorney Spadaccini began his legal career with the Newington law firm of Nassau, Borowy & Antoinetti which subsequently became Nassau, Borowy & Spadaccini. In 2003, Attorney Spadaccini founded the law firm of Blackwell Davis & Spadaccini, LLC in Manchester. In addition to his duties in private practice, Attorney Spadaccini has served as a Commissioner for the State of Connecticut Victim’s Compensation Commission since 2006.
A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, Attorney Spadaccini was as an editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. He received his bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University where he double majored in Economics and English.
A lifelong resident of Manchester, Attorney Spadaccini has a long record of public service to the community. From 2007 through 2011, Attorney Spadaccini served as Mayor of the Town of Manchester. Prior to being Mayor, he was a member of the Manchester Board of Directors (Town Council) and the Manchester Board of Education. Attorney Spadaccini currently serves as a member of the Manchester Redevelopment Agency which is charged with revitalizing the Broad Street Commercial District and the former Manchester Parkade.
Attorney Spadaccini volunteers his time as a member of the Board of Directors of the Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the Board of Directors of the Manchester Bicentennial Band Shell and the Manchester Chapter of UNICO. Attorney Spadaccini is also a corporator for Rockville Bank, Presiding Justice of Manchester Elks Lodge 1893 and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
